Samuel Yeboah, the founder of Tech in Twi has officially declared the Inspector General of Police (IGP) George Akuffo-Dampare the worst IGP in Ghana’s history.
His declaration of the IGP Dampare as the worst IGP In Ghana’s history is due to the IGP’s men arresting a 13-year-old girl among some protesters of the Democracy Hub.
Samuel Yeboah who has been making waves with his campaign against the high cost of data in the country taking to his X page on 23,2024 stated, “George Akuffo-Dampare is now officially the worst Inspector General of Police (IGP) in Ghana’s history. For the first time, the Ghana Police have arrested an under 13-year-old girl because she attempted to advocate for cleaner water for her family”.
In a statement signed by the assistant Commissioner of Police Director of Public Affairs Grace Ansah-Akrofi on Sunday, September 22, they confirmed the arrest of some forty-two demonstrators who were engaged in various acts of lawlessness at the 37 intersections in Accra.
