A former General Secretary of the Convention People’s Party (CPP), Nana Yaa Jantuah has stated if one soup is nice, it speaks for you.
Nana Yaa Jantuah was reacting to the New Patriotic Party constantly trying to sell the Free SHS policy to Ghanaians in every election since 2016.
Speaking on TV3 New Day she stated, “If the NPP think they are winning these elections, why is this heaping of Free SHS, vote for Free SHS, because if your soup is nice, you don’t ask your husband every day do you like the pepper’.
“If your soup is nice, it speaks for you, you don’t ask your husband when his friends are coming, you don’t ask him to taste it and see if it is fine”, she reiterated.
Nana Yaa Jantuah further stated, “You know that your soup is good so if the NPP has worked and made sure this country is in good shape they don’t even have to worry themselves because I will feel it in my pocket, I will feel it in my job, I will feel it in every facet of the Nation, transport everything I will feel it”, she added.
