The Presidential candidate of the Ghana Freedom Party (GFP), Akua Donkor has said she will pay all debts of Ghanaians in prison if elected as the president of the country in the 2024 election.
In a video that has since gone viral, Akua Donkor stated, “any Ghanaian who has borrowed money from banks and have been taken to prison, being that you did not steal, if you owe and have been taken to prison, I am coming to release all of you being a man or a woman”.
Madam Donkor will be competing for the top position with the presidential candidate of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP), Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia and the opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC), John Dramani Mahama.
Akua Donkor will at the number 3 slot on the ballot sheet for the December polls.
