The presidential candidate of the New Patriotic Party (NPP) Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has boldly stated that he wants a bigger gap in the 2024 elections.
According to Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia, if the elections are held today, the NPP is going to win the only issue will be the gap.
Speaking on a campaign platform, Dr. Bawumia stated, “By the grace of God Inshallah, we are winning this election, make no mistake about it, the only issue for me today if we vote today we win, the only issue is the gap, how big a gap we are going to give our opponents, I want a bigger gap, I want a big gap, I want all of you to come out, I want a big gap”.
“We want to beat them well, well, so come out and vote. The reason why we are going to win this election is because of the work we have done, you have seen in this election there are two of us, isn’t it?”, he quizzed.
Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia recalled that John Mahama when he was president told Ghanaians all the meats were finished and it was left with bones, saying, “Myself, and the former president and he has been president before, so we have to look at his records when he was president he told us all the meats had finished and were only left with the bones do you remember?”
Meanwhile, Ghanaians go to the polls in 11 days to decide their next president and their members of parliament for the next four years.
