Director of Communications for the Bawumia Campaign Team, Dennis Miracles Aboagye has raised concerns about the mental health of the leader of Democracy Hub, Oliver Barker-Vormawor.
According to him, Oliver, attitude during the recent demonstration organized by Democracy Hub did not look like someone who was in his right state of mind.
In an interview on Asaase radio, Miracle Aboagye expressed disappointment in Oliver’s actions questioning why a well-educated lawyer would engage in such behavior.
“I really think there is something wrong with his mental state because how can you call yourself a lawyer, a well-educated lawyer and you exhibit such behavior, removing keys from a police operations vehicle and destroying properties. He definitely needs to get checked because there is something wrong with his mental state” he emphasized.
He stated that, nobody with a sound mind would engage in such shameful and unacceptable acts, implying that Oliver Barker-Vormawor’s actions required immediate attention.
On September 21 and 22, protesters blocked roads and burned tires at the 37 roundabout in Accra, causing significant traffic disruptions.
In a viral video showed Oliver Barker-Vormawor, a well-educated lawyer and convener of Democracy Hub, removing the keys from a police operations vehicle and throwing them away.
