Ghanaian rapper and musician Famaye, has opened up about how much money, time and effort goes into the making of his music and his music videos.
In an interview with Ghanaian blogger, Zionfelix, he explained that unlike what we see, a lot of money and work is done underground to ensure the produce good music and quality music videos.
“I sometimes fly my whole team to another country or region, book a hotel or an apartment just for us to take pictures or videos or even to record a particular song so everything can turn out well” he said.
He explained that he does a Iot and he also puts in his best to promote his songs and that is why he now charges above two figures for his shows.
“I don’t charge with two figures anymore now I charge from 100,000 cedis and above for shows”.
“I traveled here purposely to create content for social media. I travel just to take pictures and return to Ghana .
It is not easy to be a musician and you have to do things that will attract your fans” he emphasized.
Fameye went on show appreciation to media personality and actress Nana Ama Mcbrown for her constant love and support since the beginning of his career.
“I want to thank Mcbrown . It’s not everyone that can do what she does, she has done more than enough for me. Since my career started she promotes my music on her social media pages .This very song she treated personally, I went to God with her in prayers,that when she listens to my song it should touch her heart and she should support and push the song which she did” he disclosed.
