Social media has been thrown into yet another frantic mood as news and pictures of the President, Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo unveiling a Statue of himself at the Effia Nkwanta Hospital in the Western Region.
It was reported by various media outlets on the unveiling of a statue of President Akufo-Addo by himself during his one day thank you tour in the Western Region. The President stopped by the Effia Nkwanta Hospital to unveil a monument built to his honour right in front of the hospital. The news and pictures has received lots of discussion and reaction both in the traditional and social media.
One very reaction that has caught the eye of many is that of an X user by the name”Rasta4NDC”. The User whose username depicts his political affiliation and support while commenting on the picture retrieved an old post he made himself on October 7, 2021. In that post he tweeted that he woke up from a dream where the President had built himself a gigantic Statue before leaving office.
In awe of his dream or prophecy come true after hearing the news and seeing the pictures on the internet, Rasta4NDC’s only comment was I just don’t myself again. Other comments and reactions under the posts expressed disappointment in the President for honoring himself ahead of the country’s honor to him.
