Nigerian singer, songwriter and Grammy Award- winning artist Burna Boy, has surprised fans by disclosing why he does not give back to them financially although he has the means to do so.

In a post on his Instagram story he said, “I don’t even need most of the stuff I have. I could give out millions right now but I don’t like y’all”.
This controversial statement has come as a surprise to many online as some fans have expressed disappointment in his statement and others empathizing with his frustration regarding the negativity on social media.
