Liverpool forward, Mohammed Salah has opened up about his future at the club, revealing there is a high possibility he might be exiting the club after his contract expires.
“I’m probably more out than in! I didn’t receive any proposal.”
“We’re almost in December and I haven’t received any offers yet to stay in the club…”.
“I’m probably more out than in,” a post attributed to Mohammed Salah on the X page of Italian sports journalist, Fabrizio Romano read.
Salah expressed his disappointment about the club not offering him any offer, adding “I’m not going to retire soon so I’m just playing, focusing on the season and I’m trying to win the Premier League and hopefully the Champions League as well. I’m disappointed but we will see.”
Liverpool have not publicly commented on Salah’s remarks.
According to reports by BBC however, a source in the club says there has been contact between Liverpool and Salah’s agent, Ramy Abbas Issa, with talks ongoing and being positive.
There have also been rumours Salah is keen on a move from Liverpool with mouthwatering offers from the Saudi Professional League.
