Embattled former Deputy General-Secretary of the National Democratic Congress (NDC), Koku Anyidoho, has made a damning revelation following the purported revelation of a secret document of the NDC by the New Patriotic Party (NPP).
Richard Ahiagba, the Director of Communications for the NPP, claimed at a press conference yesterday that the party intercepted a document titled “Winning the 2024 Election and Beyond,” which purportedly outlines sinister plans by the NDC to tamper with election results.
Although the NDC claims such a document does not exisit, Koku Anyidoho in a an X post alleged the secret document was headed by Professor Kwaku Danso Boafo. “This is the Head of JM’s cultic NDC Manifesto Committee. God save Ghana,” his post read.
Alex Kwaku Danso-Boafo is a Ghanaian academic, diplomat and politician. He is a member of the National Democratic Congress. He served as Ghana’s Ambassador to Cuba with concurrent accreditation to Jamaica, Trinidad and Tobago, Nicaragua and Panama between 1997 and January 2000.
He also served as the Minister of Health from January 2000 to February 2001 and Ghana’s High Commissioner to the United Kingdom and Ireland from 2009 to 2014.
