Wife of Andrew of Keche duo, Joan Cudjoe has shared details of how she acted like a poor lady to get close to her husband.
According to her, Andrew during their dating phase never knew she was a wealthy woman.
She disclosed that she always had her driver park elsewhere and she would proceed to pick a taxi to Andrew’s house, with him eventually paying her fare.
“You even want me to pay your taxi fare and you will just call me to come and pay it without prior notice. How are you even sure I have money in the house? All these things were making me know he is a nice guy. Even some of these ugly guys they don’t give you anything but as handsome and cute as he is, he still gave me money to pay for my taxi but my driver was always waiting for me at coastal junction,” she said in an interview.
She noted that Andrew’s action made her know that he was a good guy “and all the things I was hearing about him were untrue.”
Joana Gyan Cudjoe was initially disqualified by the Electoral Commission (EC) from contesting as the NDC candidate for Amenfi Central in this year’s Parliamentary election because of acourt injunction, tied to the party’s parliamentary primary.
However, the NDC filed a fresh application at the Sekondi High Court seeking to overturn another court’s injunction that prevented Joana Gyan Cudjoe to be recognized as the NDC’s parliamentary candidate, and this was granted.
