Some Ghanaians have aggressively told Gabby Otchere-Darko to mind his own business and focus on addressing local politics, rather than talking about issues which are of little to no consequences to the Ghanaian.
These attacks come after Gabby Otchere-Darko shared a news article of British Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer dismissing calls for the reparations of slavery.
“A disgraceful dismissive attitude from the leader of an island nation that best benefited from the crime of slavery,” Gabby’s reaction to the story read.
Some Ghanaian X users who were not going to sit idle as Gabby engaged in politics they consider out of his jurisdiction used the opportunity to pounce on him.
X user with the username @JAnnanson48792 replied Gabby, “D’wufie asem. You have done horribly than what they did over 400years! Your Jersey account and other British tax haven islands speak against you.”
Another user, @elorm720 said, “What is more disgraceful done a president @NAkufoAddo handing over $34 million dollars ambulance spare parts contract to her daughter and boyfriend? Whilst that same amount can buy brand new Ambulance’s you want to talk? Charlie commot for dey.
