Sports Journalist Saddick Adams has boldly stated that Ghana as a country needs to travel abroad.
According to Saddick Adams, he used a road from Abidjan to Yamoussoukro for 2 hours with no potholes, no broken-down trucks, just smooth black asphalt but that cannot be said for the Accra-Kumasi highway in Ghana.
Saddick Adams was reacting to a video shared by an X user of a road from Abidjan to Yamoussoukro when he revealed that Ghana itself needs to travel abroad.
Reacting to the video of the road from Abidjan to Yamoussoukro part of his post reads, “I used this road from Abidjan to Yamoussoukro. 2hrs 10 mins. No pothole, no broken-down trucks. No scare. Just a smooth black asphalt”.
He further added that the distance of that road is the same from Accra to Kumasi. “It’s the same distance from Accra to Kumasi. Ghana itself needs to travel abroad”.
The Accra-Kumasi Road is full of potholes and scares on the roads with frequent reports of deadly accidents as it is one of the busiest and most critical highways in Ghana, it connects two of the country’s largest cities, making it heavily trafficked by both private and commercial vehicles.
