The founder of Prophetic Hill Chapel International Prophet Nigel Gaisie has revealed that the Ghana Freedom Party’s Roman Fada was offered huge sums of money to pull out of the presidential election.
According to Nigel Gaisie, Roman Fada was sitting right in front of him before filing his nomination when he received a call offering a huge sum of money just for him to pull out of the presidential race.
Sammy Gyamfi, the NDC national communication officer has also alleged that the NPP had tried to get the GFP to pull out of the contest to alter the positions of candidates on the ballot paper. However, he confirmed that these efforts had “fallen flat.”
There was controversy yesterday in the media with reports circulating that the GFP through its National Executive Committee (NEC) had withdrawn from the 2024 elections.
Meanwhile, Roman Fada was named as the GFP candidate to replace the late Akua Donkor and has since filed his nomination at the Electoral Commission on Tuesday, November 5, 2024.
