The Ghana Football Association and it’s executive have come under yet another serious attack for throwing dust into the eyes of Ghanaians.
In the early hours of Wednesday, November 20, 2024, it was reported that the GFA has provided nine buses to nine selected Ghana Premier League teams of which New Edubiase was part. The news received lots praise due its newness and thoughtfulness nature for a Federation to give out buses to a playing team in the country.
Hours after the videos of the new buses hit the Internet, the praises to the Federation took a u-turn as new revelations were made about the buses. According a video making rounds on the Internet, the buses are not new buses as were preached by the GFA boss, Kurt Okraku.
The video which captured the interior of the buses gave a glimpse of what the driver’s seat and steering looked like. The video captured the driver’s seat covering torn apart revealing the foams in the seat
It also showed how bad looking the steering was looking with rustings around the metals in the brake and clutch area.
Reactions pouring in after the video hit the Internet are all directions that, Kurt Okraku wanted to divert the attention of Ghanaians from the abysmal performance of the Black Stars but it appeared their P.R did not work this time
