Presidential Candidate of the All People’s Congress (APC), Hassan Ayariga, has shared his journey of being a pizza delivery boy to being the owner of that same company at age 19 during his stay in Germany.
The politician started working for a pizza company, Pavonia as their delivery guy at age 18.
“At age 18-19 I had made so much money in this business that I decided to buy the shares of that company. By 19 I bought the whole company. By 19 that company became mine. From a delivery guy, to shareholder to owner,” he proudly stated.
According to Hassan Ayariga, he made so much in tips from delivering pizza, which made him rich and have enough to buy the company at such a young age.
The politician built a close relationship with his clients that they always wanted him to make their deliveries and “I will deliver and maybe the order is 20 Deutsche Mark (The official currency of West Germany from 1948 until 1990 and later the unified Germany from 1990 until the adoption of the euro in 2002) at that time, because of my demeanor and manner towards them, sometimes they order for 20 Deutsche Mark then I get 100 Deutsche Mark, 80 Deutsche Mark for bonus.”
After buying Pavonia and becoming its owner, his relationship with them was still strong that they still requested him to make deliveries to them.
