A National Democratic Congress (NDC) communicator has claimed that former President John Agyekum Kufuor being in a wheelchair is a punishment from God.
According to the NDC communicator former President Kufuor should stay in his lane after he is being punished in a wheelchair by God for the evil he did to the country.
Speaking on TV XYZ he stated, “Let me tell President Kufuor something, he should be in his lane, I am not a small boy, for him to say some 30-year-old boy came and sat on the TV, no I’m not a small boy, I am in my lane, so I expect him to also be in his lane”.
“His government is gone; we saw what he did in government. He came and our cedi he removed four zeros from it, what kind of economy, the cedi that was 20,000 he removed four zeros to become 2 cedis and the money became lightweight”, he detailed.
The NDC communicator added, “Today he has gone to sit at home, and he has become a rich man, and God is saying all the sins you have done so you will be in a wheelchair, you won’t sit there quietly what due respect. He should stop saying what he has been saying”.
Meanwhile, Ex-president Kufuor speaking at the inaugural Disability Conversation hosted by the John Agyekum Kufuor Foundation revealed he never imagined being pushed around in a wheelchair, “Look at me today, if someone had said ten years ago that I would be in a wheelchair today, perhaps, he would have been disputed and damned as a false prophet, but this prophecy is the reality today”, he revealed.
