Mr. Joe Awuku, known as Joe Ashaiman the National Democratic Congress (NDC) Communications Director for the Ashaiman Constituency has said even if Jesus tells them Jean Mensa is clean, they will doubt him.

He stated the party will remain doubtful of the EC’s operations.
In an interview with Accra 100.5 FM’s Ghana Yensom morning show, he stated, “Even if Jesus himself tells us she’s clean, we will doubt Jesus,”
He added that Jean Mensa’s EC has always been biased towards the NPP that continue to fuel their mistrust in her.
Meanwhile, the Electoral Commission (EC) has in a statement signed to the NDC Chairman Johnson Asiedu Nketia rejected the National Democratic Congress (NDC) request for forensic audit of the Provisional voters register.
