Former Manchester United coach, Erik ten Hag was spotted back in Manchester, three weeks after fleeing to Netherlands following his sack from Manchester United.
Ten Hag was spotted with his wife, entering their favorite restaurant, Piccolino in Hale Village for a meal.
It is believed the couple were clearing out possessions at their nearby mansion earlier that day.
Erik ten Hag was a at the Italian restaurant during his two-year stint at Manchester United. After losing his first game against Brighton as Manchester coach in 2002, Erik ten Hag dined in the restaurant, showing his penchant for fine dining.
Ten Hag also enjoyed a celebratory meal at his favorite Italian restaurant in the wake of Man United’s dramatic FA Cup win over bitter rivals Liverpool last season.
The Dutchman, whose two-and-a-half-year spell as Manchester United manager was brutally brought to an end after the Red Devils’ 2-1 defeat against West Ham last month, swiftly left the UK on a private flight to the Netherlands just hours after his sacking.
