Gospel singer Empress Gifty has stirred up social media with her reaction to being snubbed by actress Nana Ama McBrown in a recent interview.
Nana Ama McBrown aka Empress McBrown last weekend scheduled Gifty Osei Adorye aka Empress Gifty to appear on her entertainment show, Onua Showtime with McBrown.
This was set to be their first public interaction since McBrown left UTV, where Empress Gifty took over her role.
Nana Ama McBrown had generated excitement by promoting the show with a flyer, however, Empress Gifty failed to appear on the show sending McBrown a message through her producer that she could not make it.
The actress who got irritated by the gospel singer’s reaction addressed the situation on her show, calling for Empress Gifty to reach out and apologize.
The matter seemed to cool down until Empress Gifty shared a video on social media discussing her reactions to public criticisms.
This video sparked a debate among netizens, with some claiming it was aimed at McBrown, while others insisted it was not.
