Social media sensation, Agado says he would have been a wealthy young man if not for musical duo, DopeNation.
According to the young man, DopeNation blocked his path to riches.
In an interview with Kwaku Man, Agado said, “I couldn’t even go and do anything else when I was with DopeNation. They (DopeNation) could call me from school to go and perform for them. At that time another person will call me. But I will go with DopeNation and I will have to dawg that money.”
Agado claims he charges a minimum Ghc5,000 for all and any appearances he does.
“So if I had dawged all those DopeNation moves and been on my own I would’ve been richer than DopeNation. Because someone will call me and when you call me I will charge you a least of 5k. so from all that time and moving with DopeNation calculate and see,” he added.
The social media sensation disclosed that he worked with DopeNation for close to 2 to 3 months.
Agado added that he refused to listen to his father’s advice when he told him to stop following DopeNation around.
“They have really used and discarded me. My father (Dancegod Lloyd) advised me against moving with them and I didn’t listen. He’s now mad at me. He even asked me to come and join his dance group but I didn’t.”
