A member of the NDC communication team, Gabriella Tetteh, has angrily clashed with NPP communication team member Dr. Ekua Amoako.
According to Gabriella Tetteh, the NPP communicator had asked her an unintelligent question when she asked her what the NDC government invested in the Ghana Police Service during Mahama’s tenure in office.
The two-party communicators were on Good Morning Ghana, discussing last weekend’s Adabraka daylight robbery incident.
Speaking during the morning show an angry Gabrielle Tetteh said, “The most annoying conversation anybody has ever started with me is what have you done. Madam you have been in government for the last 7 years, this is your 8th year don’t ever ask that question again it is a very unintelligent question coming from a doctor”.
“After close to a decade, you are comparing resources given in 2016 to resources given in 2024 are we leaving in 2016 is this 2016?”, she added.
Gabriella Tetteh has however dispelled concern surrounding the safety of businesses under the NDC’s 24-hour economy policy plan saying, “Looking at the circumstances it is a whole system that we have to take an overview of I am very convinced we had a security team that is made with some of the best, of the Ghana Police Service.
“Many of them have gone on retirement but they are still some of Ghana’s best people in terms of intelligent gathering and policing, so they are helping as to design the security module around the 24-hour economy, and I am very sure these issues have been factored into the policy framework”, she reiterated.
