The president of Imani Ghana, Franklin Cudjoe, has fired comedian DKB for trying to explain the 24-hour economy to Ghana.
Ghanaians have been firing DKB after he shared his political campaign video on social media attempting to give an in-depth description of John Mahama’s 24-hour economic policy
Franklin Cudjoe is the latest to mock DKB on social media over his 24-hour economy advert describing it as crappy and hopes DKB made the post voluntarily and was not paid by the NDC.
His post read, “This is a very crappy advert explaining the 24-hour economy. I hope DKB did this voluntarily and hasn’t been paid by the NDC”.
The concept of a 24-hour economy has been promoted by the NDC and John Mahama as a means to boost productivity and economic growth by enabling businesses to operate around the clock.
I saw this ad on air of a party promising to have commercial banks opening 24hrs to allow people to go to the bank at 2am to transact business. I was assuming it was fake. But, apparently it is not! This is the 4th Industrial Revolution, for crying out loud! Please ask bankers. pic.twitter.com/Oa8U3Cnhiu
