A cocoa farmer has lost several bags of his cocoa after the Samreboi-Amoaku steel bridge collapsed.
The information gathered reveals the bridge collapsed yesterday when a truck heavily loaded with bags of cocoa from Mumuni to Samreboi tried using the bridge.
According to reports the bridge was repaired in September after it was damaged by a truck.
In a viral video that has since surfaced the truck has been trapped on the collapsed bridge with the truck almost turning over.
The cocoa farmer lost several bags of cocoa after it sank into the Samre River, but fortunately, there were no casualties.
