Alban Bagbin the Speaker of parliament has urged Ghanaians to choose the 8 in the upcoming December polls.

Speaker Bagbin urged Ghanaians not to break the 8 but rather choose it in 2024 elections.
Reacting to the National Democratic Congress position on the 2024 ballot sheet, the speaker in a post via social media stated, “8 is excellence. Don’t break it. Choose it!”
The New Patriotic Party (NPP) has stated on many campaign platforms that they are breaking the 8.
The Electoral commission on Friday, September 20, 2024, conducted balloting for the presidential candidate for the 2024 election.
