Lead Convenor of the #FixTheCountry movement, Oliver Barker-Vormawor, has released a recording of a phone call he had with a minister of state.
In the audio, the said minister arranged a meeting with Oliver Barker-Vormawor together with the Minister of Finance, with the meeting proposed to take place in a secret location, a safe house of one General Kotia.
The minister in question was looking for a way to deal with the youth problem in the country with the help of Barker-Vormawor.
In the conversation, the said minister offered to facilitate the travel of Oliver to Ghana, which he refused.
“You can have my word for it, your friend the General can also be a witness. There is no way security agencies will do anything to you if you come to Ghana at all. You can be rest assured that will never be our intention. I will never do that. Number two, quietly between the two of us, I should not have any difficulty facilitating your trip in terms of logistics for you to able to come down and we can start talking,” the minister was heard saying.
Recording number 1.
Conversation begins where it begins because thats where I rushed to get a recorder from. No part of the recording has been tempered with.
This is only the beginning….! A word to the wise? Thread cautiously. pic.twitter.com/ZsHpaxNbCV
