The ruling was made at the Accra Circuit Court on Friday October 11, 2024, during the continuation of the Democracy Hub protester’s case.
The Court presided over by Judge Evelyn Asamoah ruled out the application because the lawyer of Elorm Ababio did not formally file an application for travel request to the court.
She requested for the application to be adjourned to enable them submit their application to travel.
Ama Governor was part of the over 52 protestors who were arrested, prosecuted and granted bill by the Accra Circuit Court.
