Accra to Dubai – Wanderlust set for another road adventure

Wanderlust Ghana is set to embark on another captivating 30,000 journey from Monday, 30th September, 2024 covering 30 countries in three months.

They announced this was at a send-off celebration held at the Kwame Nkrumah Memorial Park organised by Ghana Tourism Authority, on Sunday, September 8.

CEO of Wanderlust Ghana,  Kwabena Peprah, speaking at the launch said,

“For us, this time around, it’s about making Ghana a tourist destination for most foreigners”.

He revealed the group’s ambition to showcase the country’s potential on the world stage, “We’re embracing the challenge and revelling in the journey” he added.

The team in 2023 went on a 10,000 kilometres from Accra through many African countries to London in the United Kingdom through other European countries.

This time round, the Ghana Tourism Authority and the Ministry of Tourism, are collaborating with Wanderlust on this ambitious project.

Their journey will take them across many countries from the deserts of Mauritania to the skyscrapers of Dubai, and eventually down to the southern tip of Africa in Cape Town.

Their route will include stops in countries such as Côte d’Ivoire, Morocco, Spain, France, Turkey, Kenya, and many others.
