The Director of operations at the Presidency Lord Commey has ‘trashed’ a court restraining order requesting him to stop developing land which is in court.
Lord Commey and Sinocom Development Communication Technology Ghana Ltd are in court over who is the legal owner of the 3.35 acres land in Tse-Addo in La, Accra, behind the Ghana International Trade Fair.
The court this year issued a restraining order against the Plaintiff, Intertec Iconic Enterprise Limited, on July 24, this year, saying that “its Directors, agents, privies, assigns, workmen and all persons claiming through it are restrained from entering, interfering with, and or developing the subject land pending the determination of the issues raised in the ruling.”
Regardless of facing contempt charges in court, Lord Oblitey Commey allegedly directed his boys to go and commence work on the land over which he is fighting an expatriate company in court.
Lord Commey is alleged to involved in countless land grabbing cases in the country.
