A fire outbreak has destroyed more than 15 structures at Circle Odawna in Accra.

The blaze, which broke out in the early hours of the morning, was quickly contained by the Ghana National Fire Service (GNFS), preventing it from spreading to a nearby warehouse and over 200 other buildings.
Eyewitnesses report that the fire occurred near the site of a recent fire that had previously damaged several wooden structures in the area.
The GNFS is currently investigating the cause of the fire and has urged residents and business owners to adhere to fire safety precautions to avoid further incidents in this fire-prone area.
