Loh, a former MP for North Dayi, warned that the election will be “boot for boot and bullet for bullet,” underscoring the NDC’s determination to protect its votes.

In addition, Dr. Frank Amoakohene, Ashanti Regional Secretary for the NDC, set an ambitious goal of winning every parliamentary seat in the region, including Oforikrom.

NDC Parliamentary Candidate for Oforikrom, Ahmed Anwel Sadat, expressed confidence in securing the seat, citing widespread disappointment with the incumbent NPP MPs.
