The nine bailed protesters are to report to the police once a week.

The protesters granted bail include Ama Governor, Emmanuel Gyan, Emmanuel Kwabena Addo, Ziblim Yakubu, Oheneba Prempeh, Philip Owusu Kobina, Desmond Akisbik, Von Coffie, and Sadik Yakubu.

The second group presided over by Justice Comfort Tasiame included the lead convener of Democracy Hub Oliver Barker Vormawor and 12 others. The judge granted bail to 11 of them including Felicity Nelson to the tune of Ghc20,000 with two sureties

The Judge however denied Oliver Barker Vormawor and Funny Otoo bail.

Justice Comfort Tasiame added there was no assurance that Oliver Barker Vormawor would not commit another offense if granted the bill.

Meanwhile, an appeal application has been filed for the other 30 protestors in remand.
