Sam George, the Minister of Communication, Digital Technology and Innovation, has tackled the former vice president, Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, following his comments on the Ablekuma North rerun chaos.
Dr Bawumia condemned the violence, accusing the NDC of betraying the democratic principles they pledged to uphold.
Speaking in an interview, Dr Bawumia stated, “They’re very disturbing. This is not the democracy that we want to see in Ghana. Our supporters are being attacked by thugs in the presence of the police, who have been unable to protect them.
Reacting to Bawumia’s comments, Sam George quizzed Dr Bawumia about what he said about Ayawaso West Wuogon in 2019?
Sam George, reacting to Bawumia’s interview, wrote on X, “Someone should tell Bawumia to shut up. What did he say about Ayawaso West Wuogon in 2019?”
