Evangelist Patricia Asiedua, popularly known as Agradaa, has shockingly stated she is okay not going to heaven after hugging President John Dramani Mahama.

The National Day of Prayer assembled political leaders, clergy, and civil society groups together under the theme of “Reset, Reflect, and Renew for National Prosperity.”

Agradaa was among the clergy who graced the event and stated she was deeply moved by both the message of the event and her interaction with the President.

Speaking to the media after the event, Agradaa stated, “I’m really excited to be here, especially because I got to see the President in person. What he has done is beautiful.

It shows he has a vision for the country and cares about where Ghana is heading. I even had the chance to hug him today, and honestly, even if I don’t make it to heaven, I feel fulfilled,” she said.

Meanwhile, President John Dramani Mahama has stated Ghana’s peace is not simply the product of sound policy, but a result of prayer.

He urged Ghanaians to remain vigilant and not take the country’s peace and stability for granted.

Speaking at the National Day of Prayer and Thanksgiving on Tuesday, July 1, President Mahama stated, “When we look across our beloved continent, Africa, and indeed at our wealth, what do we see? We see conflict, we see disaster, and we see instability and rising despair. However, here in Ghana, we remain an oasis of peace despite our challenges. That peace must not be taken for granted”.

“This peace we enjoy is not simply the product of sound policy or political will. It is a result of prayer. It is the fruit of faithful believers like you who have interceded persistently for the soul of our nation on every occasion,” he stated.

John Dramani Mahama further called on all Ghanaians to hold those in authority, including himself, accountable.

According to John Mahama, even the office of the President, which by the grace of God he now holds, is not above the law.
