Ghana Police arrest a robbery suspect at Ngleshie Amanfro

The Ghana Police Service has arrested a 25-year-old, Samuel Okolie, a robbery suspect in connection with the robbery incident that occurred at Millennium City in the Gomoa East District of the Central Region.

According to reports, the robbery suspect robbed a female victim of her handbag, containing an iPhone 16 Pro Max and a purse, which contained some money.

The information gathered suggests the incident happened around Thursday, July 10, 2025, at 5:30 am.

The Central East Regional Police Command’s swift intelligence smoked Samuel Okolie out leading to his arrest.

A Police statement revealed that a search conducted led to the retrieval of a 16 Pro Max, a Dell laptop, 2 Itel mobile phones, one Nokia phone, one Alcatel mobile phone, one Vodafone WiFi, and two pairs of AirPods.

Also, one gold necklace, three wrist watches, one ladies’ purse, one wallet containing a health insurance card bearing the name Kwapong Sahnan and ten memory cards.

Samuel Okolie, the arrested suspect, is now assisting police with investigations.

The Police command further urged members of the public who were victims of Okolie’s actions to report to the command.
