Ghanaian US-based social media commentator Twene Jonas has paid tributes to the late Charles Kojo Fosu, commonly known as Daddy Lumba.
Speaking in a viral TikTok video, Twene Jonas emphasised that Daddy Lumba is gone with Ghana music.
According to Twene Jonas, the songs Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, and Sarkodie are doing are just noise in the ears of Ghanaians.
Twene Jonas in the viral video stated, “Daddy Lumba, we will miss you, because if you are gone, you are gone with Ghana music. Those things Shatta Wale, Stonebwoy, and Sarkodie are singing are just noise in our ears; they are not music.
Daddy Lumba is the real definition of music. I am not here singing praises because he is no more; if he were a bad person, I would have said it”.
The controversial Twene Jonas added, “His songs were good, and I always related to them. When Adwenepahene died, I mourned Daddy Lumba. As much as Dada KD’s passing pained me, Daddy Lumba’s demise hurts a hundred times more”.
