Speaking to the media, Ewurabena Aubynn stated, “(I expect) a win by the Grace of God and by the win of the people. Why not? We did it in December, so why can’t we do it again?”.

Also, Nana Akua Owusu Afriyieh, the New Patriotic Party’s (NPP) parliamentary candidate in Ablekuma North, has stated that God will let justice prevail in the Ablekuma North rerun.

Nana Akua Afriyie defied the NPP’s executive directive not to contest for the Ablekuma North rerun.

She, however, maintained she won the Ablekuma North parliamentary elections, beating the NDC’s candidate.

Speaking to the media, Nana Akua Owusu Afriyieh stated, “God will let justice prevail. I won this election, but they say they will re-run. The grounds are very wonderful.”

According to reports, NPP’s Nana Akua Owusu Afriyieh has garnered 32,512, and the NDC’s Ewurabena Aubynn has also garnered 32,464.

Some 6,839 voters are expected across the 19 polling stations to decide who will finally win the Ablekuma North parliamentary seat.
