A newly married couple has died following a fatal road crash.

According to reports, the accident happened at Gurugu, near Tamale, shortly after their marriage ceremony yesterday.

The tragic incident occurred while the couple was riding a motorbike to visit family members.

The information gathered suggests their motorbike collided with a vehicle, resulting in the immediate death of the wife.

The husband, who sustained critical injuries, was pronounced dead shortly after being rushed to the hospital.

Some Ghanaians have reacted to the story by saying, “Tamalefoc no, the way they ride the motorbikes for that side di3, it seems they have a thousand lives to live”.

One more netizen stated, “Condolences 💐 such an expensive bride price to pay 🤦🏿💔”.
