According to him, the 187 parliamentary candidates are from the 2024 general election.

Dr Palgrave Boakye-Danquah had earlier stated that Kennedy Agyapong is the only one who can give the NPP a majority in parliament.

In a post on X, Palgrave Boakye-Danquah wrote, “Truth is sacrosanct. Politics is a game of numbers and not lies and propaganda. I have the list of the MPs who have confidently thrown their support for @realKenAgyapong – Hon. Ken Ohene Agyapong.

Because of this truth- “J K” quickly organized a meeting of 26 MPs and claimed the number to be 60”.

He further detailed, “Now, let’s further show my proof of work. The orphan constituencies where NPP @nppghanahq lost seats – the 187 Parliamentary Candidates have also thrown their future fate to Hon. Ken Ohene Agyapong.

The base, the grassroots is for Hon. Ken Ohene Agyapong. The 187 Parliamentary Candidates of the NPP know that their political future hinges on the candidature of Ken.

To have a majority in the 10th Parliament, in 2029 we should not just focus on the mighty minority throwing support but how to reclaim the 187 seats from the ruling NDC. It is only Ken Ohene Agyapong that can give us the NPP a Majority in PARLIAMENT. Count on him”, Palgrave Boakye-Danquah emphasised.

Meanwhile, Kennedy Agyapong has quizzed why the New Patriotic Party (NPP) wants to conduct presidential primaries when they do not know what caused the 2024 election defeat.

The flagbearer hopeful asserted that the NPP is jumping too quickly with their early primaries on January 31, 2026.

The NPP primaries are heating up with the main front runners for the NPP’s flagbearer position Dr Mahamudu Bawumia, former Assin Central MP Kennedy Ohene Agyapong, former Minister for Agriculture Bryan Acheampong, and former Minister for Education Dr Yaw Osei Adutwum.
