NPP Communications Officer Benjamin Gyewu-Appiah, commonly known as Benghazi, has accused the acting CEO of Ghana Shippers’ Authority, Prof Ransford Gyampo, of having relationships with women before employing them.
According to Benjamin Gyewu-Appiah, Prof Gyampo has sacked all the NDC people at the Ghana Shippers’ Authority, replacing them with women.
He further alleged that Prof Gyampo has employed about 28 females in his office alone.
Benghazi further claimed, the Shippers Authority CEO also sponsor female programs at the University of Ghana.
Speaking on the Morning Agenda, Benjamin Gyewu-Appiah alleged, “He has employed almost 28 women in his office, and he is sacking NDC people who worked for John Mahama.
The Volta Regional communication officer got a letter from the presidency saying Prof Gyampo should make him the corporate affairs director at the Shippers’ Authority. Prof Gyampo says he cannot give him the job”.
He added, “Today, when you go there, the female programs going on in Legon, Prof Gyampo sponsors them. If you send a budget to the Shipper Authority and you are from Legon, like their hall weeks, he would sign for you.
The Shippers Authority, the sins going on there, if we do not expose Professor Gyampo, having a relationship with women before he gives them work at the Ghana Shippers’ Authority, it will not help the country”.
