Ghanaian dancehall king Shatta Wale has fired shots a critics of the CEO of the Ghana Gold Board, Sammy Gyamfi following criticism over a viral video of him gifting money to Nana Agradaa.
Shatta Wala quizzed critics if they knew when Sammy Gyamfi started helping the streets.
The dancehall artiste noted that Ghanaians like tarnishing people’s image too much.
In a Facebook post, Shatta Wale stated, “Do you all know when Sammy Gyamfi started helping the streets? All of you should shut up and leave the young man alone if you don’t know about someone’s humble beginnings. We like tarnishing people’s image too much”.
Sammy Gyamfi has come under serious scrutiny after a video surfaced of him gifting fetish priestess now pastor Patricia Asiedua, commonly known as Nana Agradaa some huge sums of dollars.
Meanwhile, Kwesi Parker-Wilson a journalist with Oyerepa TV has dared critics of the acting CEO of the Goldbod to show him one politician who does not give money and he will quit journalism.
The broadcast journalist asserted that no Ghanaian journalist or politician should have the audacity and moral right to criticize Sammy Gyamfi.
Kwesi Parker-Wilson is quoted to have said, “No Ghanaian journalist and politician should have the audacity and moral right to criticize Sammy Gyamfi.
Show me one politician who doesn’t give money, and I will quit journalism”, he dared.
Additionally, Sammy Gyamfi has since issued a public apology for his indiscretion.
According to Sammy Gyamfi, he is sincerely sorry for the unfortunate act of indiscretion.
He revealed that the dollars gifted to Nana Agradaa are his daily and life-long custom of lending to people in need.
