He further acknowledged President John Mahama needs to be supported for him to succeed.

Speaking on Oyerapa TV he stated, “For the presidency, no. I want to be very influential but not to be president. I want to help the youth. I want to help this country.

Right now, we have a new president, and all businessmen have to support him to succeed. If he succeeds, the country will succeed, and all of us will benefit,” he stated.

McDan further urged President Mahama to focus on empowering the private sector.

“He should look at the private sector because there is no money in the country, things are hard, I have different areas, I am creating jobs, we are the ones that can create the jobs for the government.

As we are speaking I need 3000 workers at my salt mine to mine salt, this week to mine salt and they are making a lot of money, we will provide jobs, John Mahama should focus on the private sector and look at industrialization businesses that have a future it is easy to discover, when attention is given to them Ghana will be well.

Meanwhile, McDan during the same interview stated that certain institutions are harming Ghanaians and religious institutions are one.

He noted that Ghanaians on Monday between 10 am and 1 pm say Jericho hour so we are praying while there is work to be done.

McDan stated, “Prayer is harming Ghanaians, certain institutions are harming Ghanaians and religious institutions are one, we have taken worshipping God to another level.

Just imagine, Monday 10 am to 1 pm they say Jericho hour so we are praying why? While there is work to be done. God has helped us, the God factor is very important to me, I will never touch anything without calling God but it is about our belief. Prayer is good but we have taken it to another level”.
