Prophet Nicholas Osei, popularly known as Prophet Kumchacha, the leader of Heaven’s Gate Ministries has stated Frank Kwaku Appiah, also known as Appiah Stadium is a security threat.
According to Prophet Kumchacha, Appiah Stadium is a security threat to President John Dramani Mahama and the National Security must call him to order.
He asserted that a lot of people went to school with the Asantehene but because of his position, his schoolmates could not just walk up to him in public..
In a video shared on Facebook, Prophet Kumchacha stated, “Appiah is misconducting himself and should be called to order by the National Security. I am very fine with President John Mahama, but I know when to get close to him. I may visit him at his home or the Jubilee House.
A lot of people went to school with the Asantehene Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, but today, because of his position, his schoolmates cannot just walk up to him in public,” Kumchacha said.
He further added, “What Appiah Stadium is doing is a security threat. I have watched many of his videos, and I have called him but have not been able to reach him. There have been instances where the president is sitting in his car surrounded by his security detail, and Appiah Stadium will force his way to greet the president.
I have seen a video where Appiah Stadium was chasing the president’s car as it moved, which is certainly a security threat. In this world, when your enemy wants to get to you, they use someone very close to you.”
Meanwhile, a video surfaced of Ghanaian business mogul Ibrahim Mahama rebuking Frank Kwaku Appiah, popularly known as Appiah Stadium over his public approach to President John Dramani Mahama.
In the video shared by Annan Perry on social media, Ibrahim Mahama was seen being ushered into a public function where he met Appiah Stadium.
In their interaction Ibrahim Mahama expressed concern over Appiah Stadium’s seemingly aggressive approach towards President John Mahama in public, he was heard speaking in Twi which translates us, “It is not nice.”
Appiah Stadium on February 7, 2025, was blocked by security officials of President John Dramani Mahama from seeing him at Burma Camp.
President Mahama attended the funeral of the late Chief of Defence Staff, Lieutenant General Arnold Quainoo when leaving the premises Appiah Stadium attempted to approach him as he boarded his vehicle.
However, military and police officers prevented Appiah Stadium from getting close to the statesman.
Appiah Stadium was later heard shouting his name to the president in an attempt to get his attention.
The minister of Defence Omane Boamah was later seen exchanging greetings with him.
