The A&C mall has in an official statement revealed that no injuries were recorded in the collapse of their solar panel in yesterday evening’s heavy downpour.
In an official statement, A&C Development attributed the incident to adverse weather conditions.
The A&C Development also assured the public in their statement that immediate measures were being taken to address the situation.
According to them, there were no injuries.
The A&C Mall statement read, “We regret to inform you that not too long ago, the solar panel structure in our parking area collapsed due to heavy rain. Thankfully, no injuries were recorded.
Our team, along with the relevant authorities, is on-site to manage the situation and ensure a swift resolution. We sincerely apologize for any distress or inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience as we work to address the situation. Your safety remains our top priority.
We will keep the public informed on any updates”.
On Tuesday evening, over 50 cars were destroyed at the &C Mall parking lot as the mall solar panel collapsed the following Tuesday evening downpour accompanied by strong winds.
The downpour led to the collapse of the solar panel and also about 50 cars being destroyed.
A viral video shared on social media captured the Solar Panel covering the parking area destroyed and trapping several cars underneath.
Some trees in the car park have also fallen on some of the cars.
