According to the NPP communicator, the NDC has now become attractive because previously only old women were attracted to the party.

He asserted that before it was difficult to wear the NDC T-shirt in the Ashanti Region but now if they wear it people get hailed for their decision.

Opooman further made a comparison of the NDC ladies and the NPP ladies during the campaign season.

According to him, if one sees the ladies wearing the NDC wearing T-shirts compared to the women in NPP, one will be convinced to join the NDC.

The NPP communicator stated, “NDC has now become so attractive. Ever since I started politics, to be honest, I hadn’t seen beautiful NDC ladies even in my life. Previously, it was only old women who were attracted to the NDC brand.

This year, if you’ve seen a lady in the NDC wearing their T-shirt and compare it to the women in the NPP, you’ll be convinced to join the NDC. It is as if they rented beautiful women for their campaign”.

He further added, “It worked for them. Previously, it was difficult to wear the NDC T-shirt in the Ashanti Region but now they wear it and get hailed for their decision to join the political party. These are the issues, and instead of the NPP correcting this…”

“If you like, conduct a survey on what I’ve told you, and you’ll know that they had beautiful ladies joining their campaign”, he added.

The NPP miserably lost the 2024 elections, according to the EC’s certified results, Mahama secured 6,591,790 votes, representing 56.42% of the total valid votes cast. His closest contender, Dr Bawumia of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), garnered 4,877,611 votes, representing 41.75%.

Additionally, Osei Kyei Mensah Bonsu, the chairman of the NPP manifesto committee has revealed that the New Patriotic Party (NPP) would have suffered a more miserable loss if the 2024 elections were held in August.

According to Osei Kyei Mensah-Bonsu, the NPP would have secured 30 per cent if the December polls elections had been held earlier that year.

He asserted that in August 2024 things were really difficult in the country.

Meanwhile, the Minority Leader, Alexander Afenyo-Markin at JB Danquah’s 60th remembrance Service boldly declared the New Patriotic Party (NPP) will be back in the 2028 elections.

“Mighty minority, we shall be back 2028, we shall be back”, he stated.
