Speaking in an interview with Bola Ray, Richard Nii-Armah Quaye revealed, “I wash as many as about 5000 dishes a day”.

He further touched on his private jet and his divorce, saying, “My private jet is for myself and my mom. I left the market very early, but I am back on the market I am divorced”.

He further added he has a Bugatti Chiron Sports.

Meanwhile, Albert Nat Hyde commonly known as Bongo Ideas has tackled Richard Nii-Armah Quaye, CEO of Bills Microcredit after he acquired a private jet and Bugatti to mark his birthday.

Richard Nii-Armah Quaye made headlines after acquiring for himself a branded private jet and a luxurious Bugatti Chiron as part of his 40th birthday celebrations.

The businessman, who will turn 40 on March 21, 2025, took to Instagram to share the news, “…and I got myself a jet too #RNAQ40.”

The purchase of the jet came just hours after news broke of the Bills CEO obtaining a Bugatti Chiron, which was cleared from Tema Port.

Bugatti Chiron is one of the most expensive and exclusive vehicles in the world, priced between $3 million and $4 million.

This has since sparked reactions from fans and celebrities alike.

Reacting to the news, Bongo Ideas raised concerns about Richard Nii-Armah Quaye Acquiring a private jet and a Bugatti while leaving Jamestown impoverished was not right.

He asserted that Jamestown is one of the most impoverished suburbs in Accra and quizzed Richard Nii-Armah Quaye about why he did not dedicate his birthday to fixing it.

Bongo Ideas wrote on X, “ Acquiring a private jet and a Bugatti is not a problem, but if this is how the Jamestown you hail from looks, then please, I’m sorry.

Unlike an Ashanti man who makes money and develops his community and people, a typical Ga man would rather flaunt it—Shatta Wale is a prime example”.

He further added, “ Jamestown is one of the most impoverished suburbs in Accra; why not dedicate your birthday to fixing it? Wouldn’t that be a better use of your resources?

Instead of purchasing exotic personal items to show off, why can’t you clear the entire seashore, relocate all the dwellers to a better location, and provide basic amenities like toilets and sanitary facilities?

Nobody is going to teach anyone how they should spend their money, but need should come before expediency! Priorities, bro!”, he detailed.
