He has sat in this country for 8 years, Mr Sticka close your mouth in parliament silently for the new finance minister to read what he wants to read, for Ghanaians what whatever you guys will say so be sensible that will take Ghana forward not something that will sabotage the country.

We are hoping to get sensible people in parliament, that are our members of parliament, so we are hoping that today you will be mute”, he added.

Stephen Amoah calmly told the Police Officer in front of the parliament, “ he is attacking me, I beg you can you stop him”.

The activist later stated he was not attacking him while retrieving, “ I am not attacking you, sir, don’t say that, you have been attacking the government, I am asking you to be a citizen, not a spectator, I have distance my self away from you”.

Meanwhile, some Ghanaians have fired shots at Ralph St Williams over his approach to the member of parliament, saying, “ Im not a fan of Hon. Stephen Amoah but what this guy  is doing is very bad and disgusting. How can you be following a member of Parliament in this way”.

Another stated, “ But on a serious note, this is the security detail of a sitting member of parliament of the Republic of Ghana? Unaccredited person can get this close? In front of parliament? Ghana has a long way to go”.

A netizen also mocked Stephen AMOAH for remaining silent until he got closer to policeman and reported to him. “ He was quiet till he got closer to the policeman and reported to him by saying “he’s attacking me”😂😂😂 why didn’t he say it earlier?”.

Additionally, a X user also stated, “ We normalize things too much. Bloggers taking over an accredited media space. Shame on Us. Don’t politicize this act. What gut and nerve does he have to be misbehaving mischievously? We give too much freedom. He should be arrested!”
