According to Adwoa Safo,  every person deserves a second chance for her.

She asserted that former President Akufo-Addo also won in his third attempt after people claimed he was cursed and was never going to become president.

Speaking on Accra-based Asempa FM, Adwoa Safo stated, “We will support him. Every person deserves a second chance for me. Nana Akufo-Addo won the election on the third attempt. People even said that he had been cursed and could not become president, but he became president. So why have we presented a ticket, Dr Bawumia for one time and we all know the evil we did to Ghanaians and you’ll come and say we should not present him again?”

“We know that as a government we were wicked to the Ghanaian people. MPs were targeted when they spoke about the government but we all know that they were telling the truth. Why has he gone one time and they are claiming when we bring him again it will not work? “, she added.

Adwoa Safo further added, “Prof Mills didn’t win on his first try. When I stood as an MP for the first time I lost and I won for the second time. The power of incumbency you can use it in your second term. We were fighting against all odds and we didn’t put some things in place well and what happened happened.

There was no reshuffle during the eight years. The government even sacked some persons and that also affected our base. The last-minute sacking by the president was very useless and that brought about the apathy,” she said.

Meanwhile, Sara Adwoa Safo has boldly told Professor Mike Oquaye to tell the New Patriotic Party members why his son lost the Dome-Kwabenya seat in the 2024 election.

Adwoa Safo noted that Professor Mike Oquaye is writing a report on the NPP’s miserable defeat in the 2024 elections.

According to Adwoa Safo, before they believe Professor Mike Oquaye’s report he must first tell them why his son lost the Dome-Kwabenya seat to the NDC.

Adwoa Safo further disclosed, “What they are saying Dr Bawumia has done this and that and Ghanaians do not like him, that is what they have started with, I am telling Professor Mike Oquaye the report.

Dome Kwabenya must be on page one and he should write about why his son lost the Dome Kwabenya if he can tell us, the remainder of the report we will accept it otherwise we will take the Osei Kyei-Mensah-Bonsu report that is genuine.

Charity begins at home if he knows how to write and give a report, he should put Dome-Kwabenya on page one before he gets to Dr Bawumia”, she emphasised.
