The private legal practitioner added that the NPP arrogance was too much and was posturing as if you were the only Ghanaians.

Speaking on Channel One TV he stated, “You guys did a good job in the election 2024, the whole year, Joy FM, Citi FM, and TV3 you did great, that is how come we kicked the NPP out for bad governance. I hope they will learn a lesson and come back better next time.

“You guys should go and learn governance, the arrogance was too much, the posturing, as if you were the only Ghanaians. Please learn, learn, don’t bring somebody in the nature of Akufo-Addo again.”

The Executive Director of Global InfoAnalytics, Mussa Dankwah, has revealed 80 percent of voters blamed Nana Addo for the NPP loss in the 2024 elections.

According to Mussah Dankwah, he could see Dr Bawumia’s energy during the campaign, but it was all for nothing due to former president Akufo-Addo’s closeness to Bawumia.

He further blamed the former finance minister, Ken Ofori Atta as the number three cause of  Dr Mahamudu Bawumia’s defeat.

Meanwhile, the NPP Member of Parliament for Effiduase Asokore, Dr Ayew Afriyie, has also asserted that Bawumia was punished by the ills of Akufo-Addo.

He noted that the 2024 elections were more like a referendum against the leadership of the Akufo-Addo government and blamed former President Akufo-Addo’s arrogance for the NPP’s defeat in the 2024 elections.
