The mechanics are demanding that the students pay for the replacement of the windscreen and stated they were not going to let them go.

One of the students claimed he did not throw any stones at the windscreen of the vehicle.

Some Ghanaians on X have reacted to the video saying, “They got what they deserved. However, the Ministry of Education should review our inter-school games, as the situation is becoming increasingly concerning”.

“Those bashing the boys about indiscipline etc, please take it easy on them, some of you experienced worse scenarios in your time just that there were no video evidence of them. I remember our (Aquinas) bus was attacked by EMIT students at Kaneshie sports complex, worse than this”, an X user wrote.

“Hahaha why are some of you behaving like you guys didn’t pass through this system? Maybe our time on social media wasn’t vibrant, this generation is better than our time, to be honest, 😹😹I was at St Thomas Aquinas between 2003-2006……….. masaaaa 🤣🤣🤣Wei ɛyɛ ɛka na aba fie 😛”, another stated.

A further user added, “I stay at Stadium. When these people come for their sports events, they make things look like a jungle, a war zone….sia s3 my mother is here”.

An X user also stated there should be no society where the act of violence is meted against women. He wrote, “There should be no society where even the smallest act of violence against girls is taken lightly.
